Baby Bedding...

is positively maddening. Well, for me at least. Because, quite frankly, I'm picky... and a planner. So I know - or at least - have an idea of what I want and what I can find in the store JUST isn't cutting it. And so, of course, that means we might end up spending a pretty penny for something custom... and once I researched my options for going that route, I'm afraid I can't turn back.

There's just so much and all of it is absolutely gorgeous.

Most recent design...

(verdict's still out on the bumper... I'm pretty certain, as pretty as they actually are, we won't be using one. and in that case, the sheet set would maybe be green... and yes, that is our actual floor, wall, and trim colors. www.babybedding.com is amazing.)

I'm not married to this design, it's just the one I happened to come up with today... after these two, yesterday:

Upon further review, this might be my favorite.

and this one the day before:

and so on.

What do you think?!

BreathableBaby makes crib bumpers that are safe to use. They even come in different colors and designs. I found ours on Amazon.

We didn't use a bumper for awhile, and then once Addelyn started rolling and shifting in her sleep, she woke herself up with a stuck hand or foot more than once. It really is a fantastic buy.

With regard to your pictures, I like the first one best.

I sure love the pink gingham!! SO CUTE! My fav is probably either the first or the second. I think any of them are going to look great though.

SO cute. My favorite is the 1st... with a green sheet if you don't use the bumper. My 2nd favorite is the 2nd picture.

love love! i love the first, so if you don't do a bumper i'm all for the green sheets. i like the idea of the green close to the printed skirt (is that what it is? i know nothing about baby bedding)because it makes the print pop more. and i totally hear you on your frustration... i have been that way with every comfortor we've bought since we've been married! i had a friend make our first because i just couldn't find what i wanted! i'm the same way with curtains, too, which is why every one but the the living room curtain will probably be made. ha! but looking and putting together rooms is so fun!

Hi! I love your blog too! It was great to meet you the other night. Always nice to meet another future mama! Quick question - what did you say the name of the book on tape was that you and your husband listened to about raising daughters?
Talk soon!
