Can't Find the Groove

Getting out to join Cliff at Lampo for an hour during the Hillbilly Brunch and meeting Molly for coffee were definite boosters to a melancholy day, yesterday. Overall, though, break was good and much needed. It wasn't what I had planned, but good nonetheless. I enjoyed spending some good times with friends I haven't seen in far too long, took a bubble bath, visited with Cliff at work, and read and listened to the rain... a lot.

I am back at work, in our new office, and just can't find the groove. Nothing's clicking today. And only a little did, yesterday. We've got a window and computers and new pinboards, but it's just not enough to lift my spirits.

Ah... it's Wednesday but I've got a case of the Mondays. That's for sure.

We made a last minute decision this morning for him to go as K-Fed for Celebrity Day. I personally was a fan of the rolled up piece of paper that says "Custody Papers" sticking out of his back pocket. Oh, and the crossed out Britney heart tatoo.
