I heard a rush, actually, more like a gush of water coming from somewhere.
I panicked.
First I ran to the water heater. Nothing there.
Then the bathroom. Nothing there.
Then back to the kitchen. Again, nothing.
"Is the rain just really heavy, or something?" I thought.
So I peeked outside.
