When I planned our meals this week, I was feeling inspired by this tiny pepper. I've been wondering for the longest just how this dream dinner I'd been conjuring up in my mind would turn out. I got so antsy about it, I finally gave in and switched Wednesday and Thursday's dinners so we could try it out tonight.
And it was fan-tas-tic.
Pizza. Thin crust with the perfect amount of sauce, chunks of chicken, crispy bacon, yummy mozzerella cheese, and... drumroll please... yep, that's right... spicy jalapenos. Oh me, oh me, oh my. And I even sliced up a bit of an avocado and served it up with the final product.
I think we might have a new favorite. Mmmmmmmmmm.
