In case you'd like to know.
Surviving what? My first two-day orientation session of my directorship. This one is for new students who are coming in the spring semester (obviously). It started this morning with numbers around 225. We've got re-admits, second-degree seekers, brand new first year students, and traditional transfers alike - along with their moms, dads, spouses, and even some siblings.
It's been a busy day and I'm taking a much-needed breather. Which, these days a breather means checking my e-mail and voicemail and searching for caffeine. But it's been good and a great way to get a better feel for what my entire month of June will look like.
