That I am so thankful that there are people in this world who know what the heck they're doing when it comes to Information Technology. Sure, I'm pretty smart when it comes to computers and was able to figure out that some deleted files on a USB drive did, in fact, still exist. I knew enough not to overwrite the space that was marked for deletion, but after that, was clueless.
Without the incredible help of the guys "up the hill" in User Services, my job would have just become that much more difficult. So, instead of losing years worth of orientation and first-year related files... I have lost none.
PTL. For serious.
