End of Summer

I always think of summer being pre-Labor Day and non-summer (not exactly fall or autumn) being post-Labor Day. (Growing up in a city that runs their school system's calendar this way could certainly help to perpetuate this feeling.)

That being said, we are about to have our last "Hurrah!" of the summer in the form of a rather spontaneous and last-minute road trip with our friends Natalie and Ryan. Yes, road trip. A glorious 1600 mile (plus) stretch of it, with two full days spent in the car.

But when you're on your way to these places...




...I guess it's hard to complain.
