I made this for dinner last night with a spinach salad and it was UH-MAZING. (Cliff was pretty happy with the results). I used a peach and a plum (cutting the entire recipe in half for just the two of us) and both were great but I think I preferred the peach, really.

I am going to try the buffalo chicken pot pie recipe next week...I will let you know, if you haven't already given it a go.
Cee and I (and her dad) will be at Mary Baldwin this weekend for a college tour and visit! She really has her sights focused on that college. Keep her in prayer!
